The Gift that Keeps on Giving II Endowed Scholarship is a scholarship program dedicated to financially supporting and mentoring students at Spelman College. Through our fundraising efforts, we are making the dream of a Spelman education a reality for deserving students. In addition to awarding scholarships, we also provide mentorship to our recipients in college and beyond to help the scholars succeed.
Our endowed scholarship encompasses all that Spelman represents including sisterhood, excellence, the empowerment of women, uplifting one another and creating social impact.

Exciting News: All donations for The 2025-2026 fundraising cycle will be made in honor our amazing Interim President, Rosalind " Roz" Brewer C'1984 as she stepped in as a servant leader during a critical time when Spelman was is need. She is a business Icon and a trailblazer who has been the CEO of Walgreen's Boots Alliance, the COO of Starbucks, the President /CEO of Sam's Club, and has an ownership stake in the Atlanta Falcons NFL Team. Most importantly, she is a wonderful wife and mother of two amazing children. Good News: While funds are being raised for the endowment, a Spelman student is still receiving $5,000 per year from the annual scholarship established in 2016 where approximately $100,000 was raised from several generous donors. We are proud of what has been accomplished thus far. But now it is time to leave an eternal legacy by endowing The Gift that Keeps on Giving II Scholarship.
Become a Charter Member Donor
Join us in becoming a Charter Member of The Gift that Keeps on Giving II Endowed Scholarship by making a commitment to donate a minimum of $5,000 (Diamond Presidential Level), a minimum of $10,000 at the Blue Diamond Level or become a Major Gift Legendary Giving Society member at $25,000 or above. We have raised over $100,000 for our Annual Scholarship which has provided over $40,000 in scholarship money to over 4 students. We will continue to give over $5,000 per year to a Spelman student as we are raising funds for the endowment which will continue to leave a legacy of financially assisting Spelman students and so much more. When we take the time to empower and uplift others, we create a continuous cycle of paying it forward.
